The basics of using GearMV, plus our custom-build & return terms.

Marketplace listings

GearMV is a peer-to-peer marketplace. Listings are posted by individual sellers, and deals are made directly between buyer and seller via WhatsApp or Viber. GearMV is not a party to those transactions and does not handle payments for marketplace listings. Always inspect items and meet safely.

Custom builds & orders

• Custom-build requests are quotes — pricing and availability are confirmed before any order proceeds.
• Pre-built PCs listed under Custom Builds are assembled and tested by GearMV.
• Some components may be pre-ordered; lead times are shared upfront.

Returns & warranty

• Builds and products sold by GearMV carry the manufacturer's warranty on individual components.
• Report dead-on-arrival or faulty items within 7 days of delivery for assessment.
• Change-of-mind returns on custom builds are not accepted once assembled, as parts are configured to your spec.
• Peer-to-peer marketplace sales between users are not covered by GearMV returns.

Acceptable use

Don't post illegal, counterfeit or stolen goods, and keep listings accurate. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that break these rules.
